Baseline assessment (fixed price)We document the current state of your systems. If you start an improvement project within 3 months, we credit the cost.
Improvement projectAt a fixed price we work through the gaps together with you; your QA approves the solutions. You can then move on to Stay validated.
Stay validatedLBP performs and documents periodic reviews; your QA approves them; each quarter your QA receives a report, and every figure shows its baseline and method.
